Coaching Agreement
This Coaching Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between April Quast Art and Wellness LLC (referred to as the "Coach"), and You (referred to as the "Client"), collectively referred to as the "Parties."

Scope of Services: The goal of this program is to assist women in transforming into their best selves with confidence, clarity, and peace. Through personalized techniques and strategies, the Coach will guide the Client in shifting their mindset towards a more intuitive and empowering perspective. It is important to note that while the Coach will provide guidance, insights, and expertise, the ultimate responsibility for personal growth and transformation lies with the Client. The Client's commitment, dedication, and active participation in the coaching process will significantly influence the results achieved.

Duration and Frequency This coaching engagement consists of 5 sessions and 1 onboarding session that will span a period of no more than 4 months. The Client will schedule their first onboarding call within 7 days of the purchase date. 5 60-minute coaching sessions, plus 1 onboarding call will be scheduled at mutually agreed-upon times.

Please note that it is of great importance to prioritize this coaching time for yourself and your goals, any unused sessions at the end the 4 months will be forfeited and will not be credited.
This policy is in place both to be respectful of the Coach and Client’s time, but to also uphold a high level of Client accountability to achieving their highest goals.

Confidentiality and Privacy The Coach will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without the express written consent of the Client. Both Parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any information shared during the coaching sessions. The Coach will take reasonable measures to ensure the Client's privacy and protect sensitive information. While the Coach will make reasonable efforts to protect the Client's privacy and maintain the confidentiality of their information, the Coach cannot guarantee absolute security. Both Parties agree to release and hold harmless the Coach and April Quast Art and Wellness LLC from any liability in the event of unauthorized access, disclosure, or interception of confidential information.
Code of Conduct and Professional Standards The Coach acknowledges the importance of professionalism and ethical conduct in the coaching relationship. The Coach agrees to adhere to professional standards and ethical guidelines throughout the coaching relationship. The Coach will maintain objectivity, respect boundaries, and act in the best interest of the Client. This includes upholding the principles of integrity, honesty, respect, and fairness. The Coach will not engage in any activity that may compromise the Client's privacy or violate professional boundaries.
Termination Clause Either party may terminate this coaching relationship by providing written notice. If terminated by the Client within the first 30 days, a refund of any unused fees will be provided, minus a $20 administrative fee. After the initial 30 days, no refunds will be granted. The Coach reserves the right to terminate the coaching relationship if, in the Coach's professional judgment, it is no longer feasible or appropriate to continue the coaching services. A refund of any unused fees will be provided. The Coach will provide written notice of termination to the Client and will make reasonable efforts to discuss the reasons for termination. Upon termination of the coaching relationship, the Client acknowledges that any unused coaching sessions will be forfeited and will not be rescheduled. Additionally, any materials or resources provided by the Coach during the coaching engagement shall remain the intellectual property of the Coach.

Intellectual Property Any materials or resources created during the coaching engagement will remain the intellectual property of the Coach. The Client shall not reproduce, distribute, or use such materials without the Coach's prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability The Coach shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or injuries incurred by the Client as a result of the coaching relationship or the Client's actions.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Connecticut. The Parties agree that any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Connecticut.
Dispute Resolution In the event of any disputes, the Parties agree to first attempt to resolve them amicably through mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, the Parties may pursue other legal remedies available to them.
Client Agreement and Consent By signing this Agreement, the Client confirms their understanding of the coaching process, the expectations, and the potential outcomes. The Client agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
