Terms & Conditions – SETTLE 4-Part Ritual

SETTLE is a gift from me to you—no payment required to join, but it does ask for something just as valuable: your time, attention, and energy. This space works best when you show up for yourself. These terms make sure we’re clear on what’s being offered and how it works.

What You’re Getting

When you join SETTLE, you’ll receive access to:
1. Breathwork Audio Session – a guided audio practice to help you pause and reset.
2. Journaling Practice – written prompts and a downloadable PDF to explore your thoughts and feelings.
3. Somatic Grounding Ritual – a text and video lesson for dropping into your body and connecting to your senses.
4. Creative Experience – a text and video lesson inviting you to express yourself visually (you’ll need to bring your own art materials).

All content is hosted online in Thrive Apprentice and available for the time stated in your course description.

Optional Spark Call Add-On

You’ll have the option to add a 15-minute 1-on-1 Spark Call for $11 at checkout. This is a live call with me for deeper connection and personal guidance.
• Spark Calls are scheduled based on mutual availability and must be booked within 30 days of purchase.
• Due to the personalized nature of this call, Spark Call purchases are non-refundable once scheduled.

• SETTLE is self-paced, but you’ll get the most from it by engaging with each part fully.
• This is a personal growth experience—results are unique to you and depend on your own participation.

The course is designed to be experienced in order—each part builds on the last—so you’ll need to log in to access the materials. This ensures you get the complete journey, not just a section taken out of context.

Your login is for your personal use. Sharing your personal access details is not allowed, because it can disrupt the flow and the integrity of the experience for others.
